Job Description:
Our Company Amerita Overview Amerita is a leading provider of
Specialty Infusion services focused on providing complex
pharmaceutical products and clinical services to patients outside
of the hospital. As one of the most respected Specialty Infusion

professionals. The Accounting Director - position is responsible
for accounting activities related to Month-end Close and financial
reporting, account analysis and documentation for BrightSpring
Health Services operations, in particular Amerita Home
Infusion.NOTE: This position is remote within the US, but the
Director will need to be onsite in Denver for month-end close.
There will also be additional travel to Denver for training/
onboarding. Should reside within one hour of a major airport.---

Responsibilities Leads and supervises monthly close process and
assists & supports monthly, quarterly, and annual audit
requirementsSupervises accounting staff of 4-6 team membersReviews
and approves reconciliations, journal entries, and financial
statements to ensure that they are prepared properly and follow-up
on any unusual itemsPrimary Amerita liaison for Sarbanes-Oxley
across all corporate functions and is responsible for ensuring all
finance department internal controls are properly documented and
followedWorks with internal and external audit to complete testing
on these controlsPrepares the company's revenue and bad debt
reserve analyses and leads review discussions with senior
managementEnsures monthly and/or quarterly updates of all
accounting estimates, including reserves, are completed Oversees
maintenance of systems and controls that verify the integrity of
systems, processes, and dataEvaluates and makes appropriate
improvements to internal accounting processes, ensuring that
practices are in line with the overall goals of the
organizationProvides ad hoc analysis and support to parent company
leadership and Amerita senior managementMaintains relationships
with internal and external auditorsManages Accounts Payable
personnel, vendor relationships as necessary in the position, and
transaction/ invoicing requirements to maintain timely and accurate
paymentsReports to management on variances from the established
budget and the reasons for those variancesEnsures that all general
ledger accounts are reconciled to subsidiary records on a monthly
basisCommunicates key information to top executive managementLeads
and directs work of othersRelies on extensive experience and
judgment to plan and accomplish goalsPerforms other tasks as
assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance,
or Business requiredMaster's degree in accounting or finance
preferredCPA requiredBig 4 public accounting firm experience
preferred7-10 years in Accounting, including 2-3 years managing a
high performing accounting team -Knowledge of general accounting
and US GAAP requiredStrong written and verbal communication skills
requiredStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
requiredExcellent computer skills including Excel, Word, and
related accounting software requiredOutstanding financial reporting
and analytical skills requiredKnowledge of internal and external
audit requirements requiredAbility to utilize new tools and
technologies in a rapidly changing environment requiredKnowledge of
