Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Analyst to support its
Investments Department in commercial real estate transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct preliminary financial analysis and due diligence for
potential transactions
Support investor relations by updating financial aspects of
investor reporting and creating presentations
Assist FP&A and Financial Reporting teams during the quarterly
reporting cycle and monthly valuation process
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or real estate
preferred
2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, finance, or
investments
Strong understanding of commercial real estate finance
fundamentals
Excellent grasp of real estate and corporate financial
statements
Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; Argus Enterprise
experience is a plus
