work-life balance! Choose between 4-day work weeks (10-hour shifts)
or 5-day work weeks (8-hour shifts) on a Monday - Friday Schedule.
On-call availability as needed, with the flexibility to ensure
you're supported both in and out of the workplace. Be part of a

Certified. Play a pivotal role in the growth and development of our
Respiratory Therapy Department, while working alongside a dedicated
and compassionate team.Manager of Respiratory Therapy Key
Responsibilities: Manage 24/7 respiratory therapy operations.
Oversee staff recruitment, training, and development. Implement
procedures, budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate
with leadership on resident and facility needs. Lead pulmonary
rounds and foster a positive work environment. Drive quality
improvement and innovation in care. Educate and counsel residents
and families. Uphold professionalism in all
interactionsQualifications We're Looking For: Active, unencumbered
Respiratory Therapist license in Kentucky. Associate's Degree in
Respiratory Therapy required; Bachelor's Degree preferred. A
minimum of Two years of supervisory experience in a hospital,
long-term care, or related facility preferred. A minimum of Five
years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist in a healthcare
setting preferred. BLS certification required. Proficiency in
Microsoft Office suite and ability to learn other software as
