V-Soft Consulting is currently seeking a Assistant Restaurant Manager (Kitchen prep) for our premier client in Louisville, KY. This is a full-time, direct hire position.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities - Develop and maintain, but not limited to the following:
Service Training
Floor Leadership
Profitability of Business Unit
Manager & Exempt Employee Development
Hourly Employee Development
Manage day to day operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision making, employee support, guest interaction, scheduling, payroll, planning while upholding standards, food quality and cleanliness
Act as liaison between front-line employees and the general manager
Place purchase orders and adhere to budget
Employee tracking and management
Increase sales by ensuring guest satisfaction and prompt problem resolution.
Exercise good judgment and decision making in escalating concerns and aggressively resolving issues
Curate & impact social media content
Prepare daily pre-shifts
Review daily minutes from service and create action plan for improvement.
