Key Responsibilities
Create and execute demand-generation programs in collaboration with
sales
Lead the regional marketing team and manage end-to-end demand
generation initiatives
Communicate performance metrics and insights to leadership
regularly
Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading cross-country marketing teams and
executing marketing strategies
Deep understanding of the US and Canadian markets with experience
in adapting global strategies
Experience collaborating with sales and customer success
leaders
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and
cross-functional programs
Experience in people management and fostering an inclusive
culture
