Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director of AI Acceleration
(AIx).
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic vision and roadmap for AIx,
ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
Lead the development and scaling of AI capabilities for clinical
and operational needs
Build and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation and
collaboration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 14+ years, Master's degree with 12+ years,
or Ph.D. with 12+ years in Data Science, Computer Science, AI/ML,
or related fields
Proven track record of leading AI/ML strategies and large-scale
projects
Strong knowledge of AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI and
advanced analytics
Extensive experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based
AI infrastructure
Demonstrated success in managing multidisciplinary teams and
aligning technical strategies with business goals
