A company is looking for a Manager, Campaign Design
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of Campaign Design professionals and manage resource
allocations
Set performance objectives and provide feedback through quarterly
reviews
Drive continuous improvement and efficiencies in campaign design
processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Marketing, or related field;
advanced degree preferred
6-8+ years of related experience
Experience with relational databases in campaign designs
Knowledge of CRM tools such as Unica and Salesforce
Strong management and marketing operations leadership experience
preferred
