Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Accounting to manage and
develop its accounting team while overseeing financial management
and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the monthly close process, account reconciliations, and
oversee AP, Payroll, and Revenue teams
Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and
manage treasury functions
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and lead
revenue recognition training for sales teams
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in public accounting and/or
multinational corporations
CPA certification and Big Four experience preferred
Deep understanding of SaaS revenue recognition standards (ASC 606)
required
Netsuite experience is required; Carta experience is a plus
Proven leadership and management skills with experience in
fast-paced environments
