• Advanced dysrhythmia test (competency assessment)
• ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA Only)
• BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA Only)
• PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (AHA Only)
• NRP - Neonatal Resuscitation Procedure (AAP Only)
• EFM - Electronic Fetal Monitoring
• State License 1 Verification
• NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
• NIH Stroke Certification
• CPI - Crisis Prevention Institute
• Food Handlers Card (Non-Clinical only, required for Food Service Workers)
• Medication Test/Pharmacology Competency Exam (required as applicable)
• Color Blind Testing Online (required for all candidates prior to start)
• Competency Exam (required for all candidates prior to start; not required for Non-Clinical)

  • No Holiday RTO - Must work holidays: Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Eve, & New Years Day
  • MS- ortho RN needed nights 7p-7a
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • BLS and EPIC exp required
  • Every third weekend
  • 24 beds on unit- specialize in total joints, spine bariatrics, fractures, joint infections
    • Job Requirements
    • EKG EXAM REQUIRED: Pass an advanced dysrhythmia test for competency assessment
    • Minimum 2 years experience
    • BLS and EPIC exp required
      • Schedule Information
      • Every third weekend
      • Nights 7p-7a
        • Unit Specific Information
        • Required Advanced Dysrhythmia exam for RNs based on their specialty
          • Additional Details
          • Locals within 50 miles are offered $5 less per hour
          • If driving is a significant part of job responsibilities, a current Driver's License must be provided
