Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Service Coordinator
to work with Foster Care members and coordinate access to
behavioral health services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify special needs members and coordinate member care with
various stakeholders
Educate PCPs, members, and caregivers on behavioral health issues
and promote healthy lifestyle choices
Facilitate access to behavioral health services and assist DFPS
with medical information organization
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or equivalent experience
2+ years of experience in managed care and/or behavioral healthcare
setting
Experience with pediatric conditions and social services for
children preferred
Knowledge of the DFPS or child welfare system is preferred
