  • Diploma or Associate degree required
  • Registered Nurse certification required
    • Job Requirements
    • 2 years experience
    • Current BLS card from an acceptable agency
    • Current state or compact license
    • NIH Certification required annually
    • Nursys Report preferred
    • Primary Source Verification completed prior to start
    • COVID-19 Vaccine required
    • Documentation of 2 MMRs at least 28 days apart or positive laboratory titer
    • 2 Negative TB skin tests or Quantiferon Gold within 90 days
    • Documentation of 2 doses of varicella or positive laboratory titer
    • Proof of Tdap vaccine
