Job Description:
A company is looking for a Crisis Social Worker.
Key Responsibilities
Provide emotional support and care coordination for families of
behaviorally and medically complex children
Assess resource needs, review case progress, and assist in
achieving individual recovery goals
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and connect
families with community resources and support groups
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required
Must be licensed LMSW in Texas/Florida/New York
Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred
2+ years of case management or relevant experience
Experience with acute behavioral health needs and child &
adolescent case management
