• Employment Type: Travel--- Weekend Hours: Saturday rotation every 6 weeks
  --- Call Requirements: At least 40 hours per 6 weeks
  --- Required Certifications: BLS, NIH, KY License
  --- Shift: 6:30am - 7pm
  --- Must Have Skills/Experience: 2 years of operating room experience, travel experience
