Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to provide
support in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and resolve client issues for assigned customer accounts
Document information into a web-based ticketing system
Provide efficient and accurate resolution to customer inquiries
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and
experience
Must be at least 18 years old
Stable history of employment
Experience using internet-based browsers
Must reside within an approved state and have a suitable work
environment
