Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Concierge Advocate (Korean)
to serve as a direct point of contact for members' questions and
concerns.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound member calls, addressing questions and
concerns
Coordinate issue resolution between internal and external
stakeholders
Document interactions with members to track issue resolution and
maintain records
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in call center, customer service, concierge,
or hospitality
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or medical groups
preferred
Ability to handle large call volumes while providing excellent
customer service
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including second-shift
hours
