Job Description:
A company is looking for a Recruiter II to join their Talent
Acquisition team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a substantial volume of requisitions across multiple
functional areas concurrently
Deliver full life cycle recruitment and ensure a cohesive
experience for candidates and hiring managers
Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion throughout the recruitment
process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
HS Diploma/GED with 9+ years, AA/AS degree with 7+ years, BS/BA
degree with 5+ years, or MA/MS degree with 3+ years of recruiting
experience in the biopharmaceutical industry
Experience in a cross-functional matrixed corporate environment
Experience managing high-volume in-house recruiting within a large
organization
Direct knowledge of HR functional disciplines related to
recruiting
Strong preference for local candidates, with flexibility on
location
