Job Description:
A company is looking for a Paralegal to support regulatory
compliance and employment law matters.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research on securities laws and assist in regulatory
filings
Support employment law matters and manage legal disputes
Organize legal department records and provide administrative
support to attorneys
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-accredited program
A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a financial
services firm
Flexibility in daily work schedule to meet company/client needs
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
