• Lead the design and implementation to meet business requirements
• Lead all aspects of the development and maintenance activities and ensure efficient performance
• Provide expertise in IDMC Informatica Oracle SQL
• Robust solutioning
• Apply Database and SQL skills to handle and query large datasets optimally
• Apply ANSI SQL for sophisticated data manipulation and analysis
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand and address business needs
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in analytics
• Deliver training and support to junior team members to improve their skills
• Supply to the continuous improvement of analytics processes and methodologies
• Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and approaches in analytics
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality analytics solutions that meet or exceed client expectations
• Support the hybrid work model by optimally managing remote and on-site tasks
• Maintain clear and effective communication with partners to ensure alignment and visibility
• Supervise and report on the progress of analytics projects to senior management
• Ensure that all analytics solutions are scalable maintainable and aligned with business goals
• Champion a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team Position Qualifications:
  • At least 15 to 18 years of experience.
  • Required skills: IDMC Oracle Snowflake in Azure, Informatica, PC, and SQL.
  • Must have experience in the Insurance domain
  • Experienced in Snowflake Azure Snow park Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 11/08/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $101,000 to $161,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
