Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead - FEMA Seasonal to manage a
team of call center associates providing customer service support
during disaster relief efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of call center associates, ensuring
performance and adherence to standards
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement
corrective actions as needed
Ensure exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues
promptly and maintaining quality standards
Qualifications
A degree in a related field from an accredited institution is
preferred
A minimum of 5 years leading customer service teams
Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Customer Relationship
Management (CRM) software
Flexibility to cover operational hours for the Call Center
(24/7)
