Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lending Operations Oversight and
Control Reviewer.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate the Manager Quality Assurance process and report results
to senior/executive leadership
Review and resolve all Lending Operations audits from internal and
external sources
Monitor compliance-related inboxes and provide feedback on input
errors
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
Minimum bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a
mortgage/title processing environment, or 4 years of related
experience in lieu of a degree
Experience in Mortgage Loan Origination, including Loan Processing,
Credit, Closing, and Compliance Operations
Knowledge of current TRID and Compliance-related requirements and
controls
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Outlook, Lakewood (or other
production LOS), and strong Excel skills
Client/service-oriented approach
