Job Description:
A company is looking for an Information Security Assurance
Assessor to evaluate and enhance cybersecurity programs and
strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate system and network environments to determine optimal
cybersecurity controls and compliance
Manage and participate in various compliance assessments such as
HITRUST and PCI Compliance
Document security best practices and perform risk analysis for
applications and systems undergoing certification
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information
Systems, or a healthcare-related field
5+ years of relevant work experience in information security
2+ years of experience as a Security Control Assessor
2+ years of experience managing external assessments like HITRUST
and PCI Compliance
Certifications such as HITRUST CCSFP and/or PCI-P are required
