SCHEDULE: Full Time TRAVEL REQUIRED: 0% - 10% COMPENSATION:
$70,615.00 to $169,806.00 base salary plus potential for variable
compensation. Base pay is determined by your skills,
qualifications, experience, and location. Farm Credit
Mid-America/Rural 1st may compensate outside of the salary range
for bona fide reasons not related to membership in a protected
class. About Our OpportunityThis position will be an enterprise
software systems technical expert that works collaboratively with
various team members in the administration, installation,
configuration, customization and integration of association
enterprise business applications (e.g. enterprise content
management (ECM) systems, customer relationship management (CRM)
systems, Intranet systems, Software deployment, Service delivery
systems). Will serve as the escalation point of contact for
enterprise software systems to aid in troubleshooting and problem
resolution. This position will have the ability to create
workaround procedures when standard procedures have failed and the
knowledge to seek out appropriate internal and external resources
when urgent problems arise to resolve issues in a timely fashion.
How You Will Spend Your Time
- Design, coordinate and perform the installation and
configuration of complex enterprise software systems.
- Proactive, efficient and accurate administration of enterprise
software systems throughout all application environments. (E.g.
Prod, Dev, Staging, DR). Coordinating upgrades and patches with
other technology teams and business owners.
- Document procedures for installation, upgrades, and
customizations. Provide design expertise for system upgrades and
application integration initiatives and projects.
- Effective and timely problem solving, coordination and
resolution of escalated support incidents.
- Identifies and executes on opportunities for improvement in
processes and technology. Stays abreast of technology trends and
current business challenges. Applies technology to solve business
problems and create a better customer experience (internal and
external).
- Perform day-to-day system administration, proactively monitor
key enterprise systems for issues to avoid system downtime and
enhance performance.
- Build strong relationships with business partners, vendors and
customers.
- Anticipate and raise project, business, and technical issues to
the appropriate resource(s). Minimum Education &
ExperienceBachelor's degree in computer science, business or
related field preferred, or equivalent relevant work experience. At
least one year experience supporting enterprise software
applications; or a minimum of four years of direct experience in a
software administration/software implementation role. Good project
management skills, oral and written communication skills, and
analytical skills necessary. Mental & Physical RequirementsWhile
engaged in this position, team members will routinely sit, use
hands for tasks, and communicate orally. Standing or walking is
frequently required, while occasional demands include reaching with
hands and arms, and lifting or moving up to ten pounds. Vision
requirements encompass close and distance vision. The work
environment typically has a moderate noise level. This role may
entail a blend of mental and physical capabilities, requiring
strong mental acuity, problem-solving skills, and occasional
physical tasks such as standing, lifting, or extended computer
usage. Some roles may require physical or mental requirements
related to driving, such as a valid driver's license, and the
