Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payments Monitoring Operator.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor payment traffic in real-time and handle emergency
alerts
Reroute traffic accurately based on instructions and the status of
payment providers
Document changes and escalate issues related to processing
traffic
Required Qualifications
At least Pre-Intermediate level of English
Work experience in a similar position or in Fintech, E-commerce, or
PSP is preferred
Understanding of how payment systems work
Proficient in Excel
Experience with Grafana or Tableau is a plus
