A company is looking for a Client Integrations Specialist -
AI.
Key Responsibilities
Guide new owners through onboarding and training on software, brand
standards, and customer service processes
Ensure successful internal and external setup and testing for
service initiation, including appointment scheduling and AI command
testing
Facilitate the introduction and training of new features and
solutions to ensure smooth adoption by franchise owners
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years of relevant business or system experience
Extensive knowledge of standard software, including Adobe, Word,
Excel, and PowerPoint
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience preferred
Ability to make decisions regarding policies or programs and
execute them effectively
Business acumen and ability to hold people accountable
