Job Description:
A company is looking for an AR Research and Resolution
Representative responsible for maximizing cash collections and
resolving claim issues.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve outstanding insurance or contract claims and maintain
acceptable worklists based on performance targets
Conduct insurance follow-up, communicate with payers, and escalate
issues as necessary
Identify workflow improvement opportunities and contribute to the
development of payer matrices and SOP updates
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in medical insurance or billing, or
equivalent training
Knowledge of medical insurance terminology and basic ICD-10 and CPT
codes
Proficiency in using personal computers, particularly in a Windows
environment
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and manage multiple
tasks
