Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Procurement Specialist to join
their IT team and support procurement processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage IT procurement processes including placing orders and
monitoring delivery timelines
Supervise license management and ensure compliance with company
policies
Verify vendor invoices and prepare financial reports related to
purchases
Required Qualifications:
Experience in procurement, finance, or administration, preferably
in the IT sector
Knowledge of purchasing processes and basic license management
principles
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in documentation
handling
Professional proficiency in English and Polish
Proficiency in Excel and data management tools, such as ERP
systems
