Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior People Business Partner -
Engineering & Product (Remote, East Coast Only).
Key Responsibilities
Lead data-driven people strategies that influence business outcomes
and measure program effectiveness
Design and implement DEI initiatives to foster an inclusive culture
and track progress
Oversee cross-functional projects and partner with leadership on
organizational design and talent development
Required Qualifications
5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, remote-first
environments
2+ years as an HRBP supporting global Engineering, Product
Management, and Design teams
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for HR processes and
analytics
Strong project management skills with experience in leading complex
initiatives
Knowledge of HR analytics tools and understanding of US and Irish
labor laws is a plus
