A company is looking for a Patient Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide billing and coding support, including claims assistance and
submission tracking
Assist with prior authorization and coordinate benefits, including
benefit verification and welcome calls
Manage inbound phone inquiries and handle customer escalations
while ensuring compliance with policies
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in medical billing and customer support
Proficient in MS Office
High school diploma or GED required
Strong mathematical skills
