Job Title: Radiology Technologist Job Specialty: X-Ray with OR Experience Job Duration: 14 Weeks Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum two years of experience in specialty, OR and ER experience required. Level 1 trauma experience of all ages is preferred. License: Pending state license is acceptable, must be obtained before starting. Certifications: BLS, ARRT, KBMIRT Must-Have: - Experience with complex cases such as Femur and Tibia Nails, Pelvis, and advanced Spine imaging. Job Description: - Call is required with a response time of one hour. - Weekends are required. - Familiarity with all ages and Level 1 trauma situations is highly desirable. - Candidates will be required to float within the hospital or to affiliated hospitals nearby. - Must complete modules during orientation and annually, which can vary by specialty. - COVID-19 and Flu Vaccines are required (medical/religious exemptions only). - Orientation will be completed with 8 hours non-billable. - PACU call policy requires availability during defined hours, and candidates should be prepared for a call frequency of 2-3 shifts per schedule period (6 weeks). - Rehire eligibility checks are conducted regularly, applicants should ensure their eligibility for rehire. - Candidates must be able to work with complex imaging requirements and recovery processes.
