Job Description:

A company is looking for a Construction Draw Analyst to manage renovation project evaluations and disbursement processes.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate and determine appropriate draw disbursement for holdback construction loans
Ensure compliance with loan documents, credit policy, and applicable laws
Coordinate communications with all parties involved in the draw process

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of experience in client coordination or documentation review
Experience in the construction industry or related fields preferred
General knowledge of the residential construction process and terminology
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and database platforms like Salesforce or Oracle is a plus
