Job Description:
A company is looking for a Retirement Plans Analyst specializing
in pension administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and review of retirement plan
specifications and documentation
Prepare annual compliance tests and necessary corrective actions
for clients
Act as a liaison with actuaries or Defined Benefit teams on
combined plan designs
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree preferred, with a focus in Accounting or
Mathematics a plus
Two or more years of Defined Contribution administration experience
preferred
Defined Benefit experience is a plus
Qualified Pension Administrator (QPA) or Qualified 401(k)
Administrator (QKA) designation preferred or willingness to
pursue
Basic Project Management skills are required
