Job Description:
A company is looking for an Advisor Business Analyst - Claims
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate workstreams and teams on IT projects to align solutions
with client business priorities
Serve as a subject matter expert and liaison between clients and
technical teams to translate requirements into actionable
results
Support quality control by approving and validating test results to
ensure all requirements are met
Required Qualifications
Nine or more years of experience as a business analyst or
requirements translator
Three or more years of experience in Medicaid and Medicare
preferred
Knowledge of advanced Microsoft Excel features and relational
database software
Experience in business process re-engineering
Ability to motivate and coach less experienced team members
