Ken Neyer Plumbing seeks a motivated Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cleves, OH. As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in managing the daily operations of our service team. Your responsibilities will include dispatching technicians, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers. In addition, you will provide administrative support to the office manager and service team to help us deliver excellent service every day. What you'll do:Efficiently dispatch technicians to service calls, optimizing routes and minimizing downtime.Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns.Support office operations by managing customer databases, processing payments, and assisting with reports.Collaborate with the service team to ensure accurate job details, technician support, and schedule adjustments.Monitor daily job statuses and assist with follow-up tasks, such as rescheduling or coordinating parts orders.Benefits you'll enjoy: Employment with Ken Neyer Plumbing comes with great perks!
