Job Description:
DescriptionThe Site Manager is responsible for the day-to-day
facilities operations of his or her assigned site or sites.
Oversees a team and provides direction to ensure standards are met
and all areas conform to the customer's satisfaction, goals, and
objectives.Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinates various special projects, analyzing cost, and
identifying internal methods or suppliers to ensure that all
facilities meet customer satisfaction and all federal, state, and
local requirements.
- Manages personnel and subcontractors engaged in planning and
executing facility maintenance work procedures to ensure that all
work is performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
- Proactively recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical and
facility modifications within budget guidelines.
- Oversees all grounds and building maintenance as well as
environmental services.
- Effectively communicate the daily changing needs of the site to
staff, adjusting focus of team members to align with client
expectations.
- Interprets contract requirements and inspects work in progress
to ensure conformity to contract specifications and quality.
- Manage preventative maintenance program and provide feedback
for improvement of procedures and timelines.
- Work closely with procurement to provide feedback on service
contracts, making sure they are providing exceptional service at
agreed upon timelines and cost.
- Ensure all operational and administrative work is compliant
with internal/external policies and processes.
- Assume ownership of key planning, budgeting, and forecasting
processes for areas of responsibility; monitor financial
performance through key indicators and succeed in achieving maximum
results with budgeted resources.
- Accountable for achieving acceptable KPI scores.
- Approve procurement of tools, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare and facilitate monthly steering team meetings and
quarterly business reviews.
- Supervises, trains, mentors, and develops direct reports to
provide outstanding services and meet customer needs.
- Provides career pathing, coaches and disciplines assigned staff
as appropriate to promote responsibility and accountability.
- All other duties as assigned.Physical Requirements:While
performing the duties of this Job, the associate is regularly
required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;
reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The
associate is frequently required to climb or balance and talk or
hear. The associate is occasionally required to sit. The associate
must regularly lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision
abilities required by this job include close vision, distance
vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.

- High School Diploma/GED required with Bachelor's degree in a
business or construction-related field of study preferred.
- 5 + years of related experience (or equivalent combination of
education, training, and experience) required. Commercial
construction experience and ability to read blueprint drawings
preferred.
- Valid Driver's license.
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English.
- Experience working with CMMS work order software, Microsoft
Office applications and Contact Management software.Work
Environment:While performing the duties of this job, the associate
is frequently exposed to moving mechanical equipment and tools. The
associate is occasionally exposed to outside weather and wet and/or
humid conditions; high, precarious places and fumes or airborne
particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually
loud.
