The company has been identified as one of the fastest-growing businesses in the country by INC Magazine.Position SummaryThe Senior HVAC Foreman provides directions and oversees a team of journeymen and apprentices to execute projects primarily on new construction for commercial spaces on time while demonstrating the company's core values.Minimum Qualifications: Experience as a running work being lead on a projectJourneyman license certification in Kentucky Possession of valid driver's license with a good record of driving6-8 years commercial HVAC installation experienceHigh School Diploma, GED, or equivalentComprehensive knowledge of building plans/ drawingsWell versed in OSHA safety requirementsKnowledge and Skill Requirements: Knowledge of the International Mechanical Code (IMC), National Fuel and Gas Code (NFGC), OSHA guidelines, and safe work practicesPossess effective verbal and written communication skillsStrong mechanical aptitudeAbility to distinguish between various HVAC equipment and componentsAbility to follow instructions and work independently or within a teamAbility to work on weekends, at night, or to work overtime as requiredBenefitsCompetitive wagesPaid overtimePaid holidaysPTOEmployer-paid Health insurance, dental insurance, and life insuranceTuition reimbursement401KCompany Team Bonus IncentiveApply online or send your resume to bmiller@excelservices.biz.
