Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Financial Control Risk Analyst
responsible for executing the SOX testing process and supporting
financial management.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively collaborate with business partners to update SOX
controls reflecting business changes
Conduct control testing and document procedures for SOX/MAR testing
assignments
Assist external auditors and manage follow-up on outstanding issues
for timely resolution
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of experience with SOX/MAR processes or public
company internal controls
Experience in collecting and analyzing complex data
Proficient in MS Office tools, including MS Word and MS Excel
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work additional hours
during peak periods
