Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Transformation
Analyst to analyze and enhance business processes within the Legal
Services organization.
Key Responsibilities
Drive complex business process mapping and identify opportunities
for improvement
Gather and analyze relevant data and performance metrics related to
processes
Design and document streamlined processes and implement changes
with detailed action plans
Required Qualifications
Job-related experience in process reengineering
Familiarity with project management principles and tools
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six
Sigma) preferred
Proficient in using data analysis tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel,
SQL) preferred
Experience implementing workflow, RPA, and/or business
intelligence-based solutions
