Job Description:
A company is looking for a Response Center Analyst - Tier 1 for
a remote position with a Saturday to Tuesday shift.
Key Responsibilities
Resolve incidents through direct client interaction via phone,
email, chat, and ticket management system
Monitor alerts from service and infrastructure monitoring systems
and conduct initial triage
Coordinate incidents, sending alerts to technical operations teams
as needed
Required Qualifications
1 year of platform monitoring experience
1 year of help desk experience
Technical certifications preferred
