Job Description:
A company is looking for a Consultant Care Professional
responsible for serving as the HR liaison to consultants on
long-term contracts.
Key Responsibilities
Meet monthly with billable resources to ensure connectivity and
address HR-related inquiries
Manage the candidate and business referral program to keep
consultants informed about openings
Conduct performance reviews by collaborating with client managers
to gather feedback
Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years of relevant experience
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education
Ability to establish rapport with individuals in person and over
the phone
Flexibility with scheduling meetings
