Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative
(Remote) to provide exceptional support to patients from home.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule and register patient appointments and respond to inquiries
efficiently
Assist new members with service introductions and update patients
on referrals or authorizations
Process a high volume of incoming calls and communicate complex
exam preparation instructions
Required Qualifications
Must reside in Arizona, Nevada, or Texas
High School Diploma/GED or official transcripts
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office and web-based
software
Phone etiquette and customer service experience
Must pass the Contact Center Final Exam after training
