Contract Call Center Representative Needed for Healthcare Solutions Company
We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Call Center Representative to join our team at a leading healthcare solutions company in Louisville, KY.

Job Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Work within the Tier I Customer Support Group to help patients re-enroll in the pharmacy sponsorship program.
  
• Collaborate with patients and healthcare providers via high-volume inbound and outbound calls, averaging 80 calls per day.
  
• Assist patients with general questions and requests.
  
• Document call details and update internal systems.
  
• Utilize Salesforce and related systems to manage patient information.
  
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Minimum 6 months of recent and high-volume call center experience required.
    
  • Strong communication and organizational skills required.
    
  • Must complete and pass a background check, drug screen, and education verification.
    
    
    Work Hours:
    
    • 
      
    • 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F
      
    • 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM M-F
      
    • 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM M-F
      
    • 11:30 AM to 8:00 PM M-F
      
      
      Job Details:
      
      • 
        
      • Contract position with the potential to extend or convert.
        
      • $17.00 per hour.
