Job Description:
A company is looking for a Digital Customer Service
Representative to support Digital Producers and Account Managers in
servicing their book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
Process endorsements, certificates of insurance, and billing
inquiries
Coordinate account servicing and identify cross-sell
opportunities
Assist clients with post-bind processes and ensure timely policy
delivery
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:
1-2 years of relevant experience in customer account servicing
preferred
High School Degree required; 4 Year Degree preferred
Familiarity with agency management systems and web applications
Approved State Licenses needed
Insurance experience preferred
