Job Description:
A company is looking for an Outbound Sales Development
Representative to source meetings with high-value target accounts
and support the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
Research accounts and build relationships with key decision-makers
to book qualified meetings
Conduct phone calls and meetings with prospective customers to
understand their business challenges
Regularly update Salesforce with accurate forecasts and lead
statuses
Required Qualifications
6 months - 1 year of Outbound SDR experience in a remote
setting
Desire to work in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead qualification processes
Self-motivated with strong time management and organizational
skills
Collaborative mindset with a growing LinkedIn presence
