Job Description:
A company is looking for a Subrogation Attorney (remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide counsel to the Subrogation Team and support all aspects of
Subrogation operations
Evaluate, develop, and execute strategies for successful litigation
of subrogation claims
Negotiate settlements and oversee outside counsel in connection
with subrogation litigation claims
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Law degree from an ABA accredited law school
Minimum five years as an attorney, with three years in medical
claims or subrogation law
Licensed to practice law, with preference for admission in multiple
jurisdictions
Knowledge of healthcare subrogation laws and procedures
Proficient in MS Office Applications
