Job Description:

Susquehanna Growth Equity, Pitango VC, Claridge Israel, and Zeev
Ventures.We're looking for an experienced sales leader who is
passionate about developing and leading the sales process, sales
strategy, and sales talent. Reporting to our CRO, the ideal
candidate is obsessed with developing and enabling a globally
diverse team to efficiently achieve goals and execute on a day to
day basis. This leader should be well versed in b2b SaaS and have
general knowledge of web architecture (HTML, CSS, JS, hosting
technologies).WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Be a strong and inspirational leader. Empower and develop
global (London and Colorado) team of BDRs and Account Executives to
consistently achieve their revenue goals
- Be data driven. Use data to illustrate that your actions have a
direct impact on you, your team, and Duda's success
- Be a critical thinker. Understand, quantify and synthesize the
technical and commercial needs and challenges of your team's
prospects and guide them to the right solution before bringing in
specialized reinforcements
- Be a trusted partner. Partner with internal stakeholders to
continuously improve your team's Go-To-Market strategy to acquire
and develop new strategic clients across relevant verticals and
customer segments.
- Be collaborative. Effectively collaborate cross-functionally
with enterprise sales, account management, marketing, and R&D
teams to develop relevant product offerings and sales materials to
drive initiatives to build pipeline and value creation.
- Be a self-starter. Independently create and deliver persuasive
collateral and resources to empower your team to educate the market
and demonstrate Duda's value propositionsWHAT YOU WILL BRING:
- 5+ years of total SaaS sales experience, preferably B2B2C
selling of complex platforms to SaaS businesses
- 2+ years in a management role with 3 or more direct
reports
- Proven track record of managing to core KPI's and achieving
sales targets
- An empathetic leader who prioritizes your team's development
and success at the forefront of your daily activities
- Thrive in a competitive, yet collaborative environment
- Proficient in using proven sales frameworks such as SPICED,
MEDIC, MEDDPICC to guide your team's selling process and
success
- Proficiency and accountability in SFDC, Excel, and platforms
like Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator and Chorus.ai (or
similar)
- Tenacious yet professional and know how to manage your time to
execute the diverse set of daily duties required as a seasoned
sales leader
- Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at
scale
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the
ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for varying

the range you can expect for this position is $200,000 to $250,000
